Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R3C RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP1R3C data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PPP1R3C RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R3C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and LGG show a favorable association.
UVM, LGG, and SKCM are the cancer types where PPP1R3C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
