Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R3B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP1R3B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PPP1R3B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where PPP1R3B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
