Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,320 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R37-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCAF1, NR1H2, and CLPTM1. Each is linked with PPP1R37 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R37-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R37 results are reported.
