Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,884 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, and Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with PPP1R37 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R37-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane grouped by PPP1R37-low versus PPP1R37-high in OESOPHAGUS.
