Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R2P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM28, RN7SL592P, and MIR3612. Each is linked with PPP1R2P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R2P1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R2P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM28 grouped by PPP1R2P1-low versus PPP1R2P1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
