Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,329 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational elongation, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with PPP1R27 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R27-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of translational elongation grouped by PPP1R27-low versus PPP1R27-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
