Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R1AP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP1R1AP2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PPP1R1AP2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R1AP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LUSC show a favorable association.

KIRC, BRCA, and KIRP are the cancer types where PPP1R1AP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
