Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,548 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18_S224, PPP1R18_S368, and MYO1G. Each is linked with PPP1R18 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R18-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R18 versus PPP1R18_S224 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
