PPP1R18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R18-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, p70-S6K, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with PPP1R18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R18-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by PPP1R18-low versus PPP1R18-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
