Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,108 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dentinogenesis, Positive regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization. Each is linked with PPP1R18 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R18-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R18 results are reported.
