PPP1R17

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,625 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R17-associated genes across cancer lineages are TANGO6, DDX58, and CXCL11. Each is linked with PPP1R17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R17-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R17 versus TANGO6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.20.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R17→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
