PPP1R17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 620 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Membrane to membrane docking, Actin filament depolymerization, and Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with PPP1R17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R17-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Membrane to membrane docking grouped by PPP1R17-low versus PPP1R17-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R17→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
