The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP1R15B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R15B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and LUAD are the cancer types where PPP1R15B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
