The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher PPP1R15A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R15A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRP and UCEC are the cancer types where PPP1R15A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
