The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PPP1R14D mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R14D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD show a favorable association.
