Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R14D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,715 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R14D-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS4, ELF3-AS1, and SPINT1-AS1. Each is linked with PPP1R14D in more than 21 cancer types.
