Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R14C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,504 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R14C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ULBP3, ULBP2, and TMPRSS13. Each is linked with PPP1R14C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R14C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R14C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R14C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R14C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
