Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R14BP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,281 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R14BP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic cell cycle spindle assembly checkpoint, Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Pyrimidine ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PPP1R14BP4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R14BP4-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R14BP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitotic cell cycle spindle assembly checkpoint grouped by PPP1R14BP4-low versus PPP1R14BP4-high in STAD.
