Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R14A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,764 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R14A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, PPP1R14A_S26, and C11orf96. Each is linked with PPP1R14A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R14A-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R14A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R14A versus PPP1R12B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
