Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R12A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP1R12A data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP1R12A Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R12A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LIHC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where PPP1R12A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
