Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,720 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, CLIC1, and ABCF1. Each is linked with PPP1R11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R11-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R11 results are reported.
