PPOX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,309 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPOX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, PRCC, and CHAMP1. Each is linked with PPOX in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPOX-to-partner and partner-to-PPOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPOX versus GATAD2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
