Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPOX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,689 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC9, KIF23, and RACGAP1. Each is linked with PPOX in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPOX-to-partner and partner-to-PPOX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPOX versus KLHDC9 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
