PPOX

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPOX protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,265 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPOX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HIBCH, ACADM, and CBR4. Each is linked with PPOX in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPOX-to-partner and partner-to-PPOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPOX versus HIBCH in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
