PPM1M

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1M RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,164 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1M-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOA, TNFSF12, and TWF2. Each is linked with PPM1M in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1M-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1M versus RHOA in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1M→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
