PPM1M

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1M RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,306 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1M-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AIF1, TWF2, and MYO1G. Each is linked with PPM1M in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1M-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1M versus AIF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1M→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
