Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1M mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1M-associated genes across cancer lineages are E-Cadherin, MSH2, and Notch1. Each is linked with PPM1M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1M-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1M results are reported.
