Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1M RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,455 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPM1M-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance, and Positive regulation of synapse structural plasticity. Each is linked with PPM1M in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1M-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1M results are reported.
