PPM1M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1M mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1M-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSX2, COX6A2, and ITGAD. Each is linked with PPM1M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1M-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VSX2 grouped by PPM1M-low versus PPM1M-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1M→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
