PPM1K

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1K RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,881 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1K-associated genes across cancer lineages are HERC5, CYLD, and AASDH. Each is linked with PPM1K in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1K-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1K versus HERC5 in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1K→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
