PPM1K

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1K RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,572 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1K-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKCB, ZCCHC24, and RASAL3. Each is linked with PPM1K in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1K-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1K versus PRKCB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1K→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
