Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1K protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,581 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPM1K-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM4, CCNB1, and CDCA8. Each is linked with PPM1K in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1K-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1K versus MCM4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1K→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
