Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1K RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,132 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1K-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Autophagosome organization, and Regulation of type 2 mitophagy. Each is linked with PPM1K in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1K-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1K results are reported.
