Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1J mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 793 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPM1J-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP486, RNU1-62P, and IGHV3OR16-8. Each is linked with PPM1J in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1J-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1J results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP486 grouped by PPM1J-low versus PPM1J-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1J→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1J) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
