PPM1G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,039 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM4, and UTP4. Each is linked with PPM1G in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1G-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1G versus MCM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
