Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,038 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPM1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPSF3, FOXM1, and TIMELESS. Each is linked with PPM1G in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1G-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1G versus CPSF3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
