Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,708 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPM1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD66, CWC25, and SYNRG. Each is linked with PPM1G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1G-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD66 grouped by PPM1G-low versus PPM1G-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
