PPM1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,000 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPTF, UNK, and UBR7. Each is linked with PPM1D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1D-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1D versus BPTF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
