Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,563 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, Constitutive heterochromatin formation, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with PPM1D in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1D-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1D results are reported.
