PPM1D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG1B, KRTAP1-4, and OR7A10. Each is linked with PPM1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1D-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG1B grouped by PPM1D-low versus PPM1D-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
