PPM1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,486 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP2R5E, MTHFD1, and CDC42BPB. Each is linked with PPM1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1A-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1A versus PPP2R5E in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
