PPM1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,309 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-131P, ANKRD49P3, and PSAT1P4. Each is linked with PPM1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1A-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-131P grouped by PPM1A-low versus PPM1A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
