PPM1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,709 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATG14, FBXO34, and DCAF5. Each is linked with PPM1A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1A-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1A versus ATG14 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
