Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,908 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPM1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein myristoylation, N-terminal protein amino acid modification, and Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with PPM1A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1A-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein myristoylation grouped by PPM1A-low versus PPM1A-high in BONE.
