Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,811 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAMK1D, REEP4, and BRI3BP. Each is linked with PPL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPL-to-partner and partner-to-PPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAMK1D grouped by PPL-low versus PPL-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
