Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,078 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, CRISP2, and HMGXB4. Each is linked with PPL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPL-to-partner and partner-to-PPL results are reported.
