PPIL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,274 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LZTFL1, IFT140, and TPPP3. Each is linked with PPIL6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL6-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
