Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,500 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPIL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLRC4, USP9YP2, and TAF15. Each is linked with PPIL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL6-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
