Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIL4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPIL4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher PPIL4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIL4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD are the cancer types where PPIL4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
