PPIL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,058 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LATS1_S464, STIM1, and SCAF8. Each is linked with PPIL4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL4-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIL4 versus LATS1_S464 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
